2012-2017 Toyota Camry driver side mirror replacement

In this video I will show you how to install driver side mirror. This is 40$ aftermarket mirror that I bough online. My father shatter his mirror by accident and I step in to help him. He was looking to pay crazy money, but I decided to try this cheap aftermarket mirror. It turned out to be perfect fit and good quality.

Great video! I'm looking to do the same with my camry. Can you provide a link to the mirror you purchased? It seems there are lots of mirrors that claim they are compatible, but I'm looking for one that is most likely able to accept my original (and current) mirror cap. (my mirror is broken, but the cap is in good condition.) Thanks

On the bright side, I don't think my mirror actually broke. Not so bright is that, very understandably, this video doesn't cover how to pop the actual mirror glass (and backing) back into place, or how to get the aerodynamic plastic shell back into place from the other side. I can push them in pretty well, but I can't get them to stay. I don't think anything broke, when I slowly backed the mirror into a utility pole. I'm not used to backup cameras, and they're false security.
