I have irregular period
This time i took norethisterone this morning and i started period in noon but my period only lasted 1 day other day only spotting

I am going to change my lifestyle this month

I love ginger tea ☕️
It’s so amazing for me to find out that it’s good for irregular periods.
I sometimes miss two to three months and then start again and sometimes it happens on a monthly basis.
I also try to do different exercises like sit ups, crunches, brisk walking, squatting and cycling on my cross trainer and it really helps.
