A 200-pound, 6'5" shooting guard from the University of Minnesota, Bond was not drafted by an NBA team but did manage to play in 3 NBA seasons. He played for the Dallas Mavericks, Utah Jazz and Detroit Pistons.

If you have a goal, take action now. Only way to get motivation is to bring the situation to the present, to make it a must. Think to yourself: either I start now or I will never start.

Once you have started, think to yourself every day "what step can I take today to make my goal a reality?". Don't get overwhelmed: break the goal into smaller pieces, move forward one step at a time. Commitment, self-discipline and effort will carry you to your goal one day. You need to have iron will. If you fail: take a step back, see where you went wrong, learn from it, fix it and start again.

Do this and you will reach your goals, but only if you are willing to pay the price. Good luck.
