1:18 I really like how 'Penelope' goes from being bored and disinterested to actually looking really thoughtful and engaged as Odysseus lays out the puzzle for her. It's like she can't help herself but answer his question because she wants to prove that she's smarter than he is.

The dolphin daughter is so funny😭 like the siren didn’t question whether it made sense she just hoped for the best. Also the “oh no” is done justice, one of the best deliveries in EPIC

I love Odysseus's initial reaction to seeing the Syrin was surprise/blushing and then breathing out to center himself before singing.
Like, he probably expected a Syrin to impersonate Penelopy, but that doesn't stop him from having the visceral reaction of seeing his wife after all these years. And then needing to psych himself up for the emotional labor of pretending to believe it really is his wife and then kill her.

I love how Odysseus seemed so in love at first when he looked at the fake Penelope: even as a sire song, he still finds her the most beautiful woman his eyes even seen.

The moment Odysseus takes at the beginning to steady himself and you can see the gears turning in his head as he improvises the fear of the water. Those little moments make animations for me.

I love so many things about this animatic. The way he looks so enamored at the beginning and the way he reminds himself that it's not her, the dolphin daughter, the way Sirenelope's nails are more claws, the fact that Odysseus has a rope tied around his ankle, the way he drew back when Sirenelope got on the front of the ship, showing that he is actually afraid, his face at "From, I dunno, POSEIDON", of course his hair tuck, his little hand wring at "But can't you let me stay dry?", and then the abrupt color shift as Odysseus pulls out his bow.
Amazing job, and I look forward to any future animatics you create!
