So for this to work you have to be at the specific spot right outside of solitude shown on the map in the beginning of the video. Then you just have to do what’s shown in the video.

Ive always fancied myself an expert on eploits, and skyrim especially, but this is the first time i have ever seen this glitch. And it still works july 2024 on anniversary edition. So much easier than redwater den to get telekinesis at a low level
