Listening to you both talking about feeling other's emotions really hit home. You both sound like empaths. I'm an extreme one. It's so tough to walk through an airport or other crowded spaces. I have to take days sometime to recover from this. I can so relate to exactly what you both describe along with all of the anxiety. Quiet "me" time is everything! Being around those with negative energy is really tough. I too have experienced a very up close UAP at the age of 13 that changed me for life and also experienced some paranormal things in my home later in life. What a fascinating guest! LOVED the conversation!

I started experiencing sleep paralysis after my brother died in 2013. Several nights a week for years now. It's terrifying but I've never felt a presence in the room with me. I know what's going on but I'm trapped in my body. People who get abducted are not experiencing sleep paralysis IMO.

Speaking of past lives my first born child talked about her past life for an entire year when she was almost 3.Described covered wagon days and all the names of her children right down to her husband's name and town.etc.She was a school teacher in a one room school house, husband worked on the R.R.

I looked up News Nation, they’ve been around since 1978 but have rebranded several times - used to go by WGN & are under the Nexstar Media umbrella. Also, Coulthart is just one reporter, they do mainly general news stories. I remember them back when they were WGN, I think the UAP angle started when Coulthart joined them.

If you want more info about Jake Barber’s story, there’s a 3 hr interview with Jesse Michels that answers even more questions. Of course everything he is revealing has been approved by the govt to be released, so imho that context should always be considered. :)

I've had strange experiences growing up. But I remember specifically having sleep paralysis and not being able to move except my eyes. I couldn't scream. After waking up, my world was spinning as if I had vertigo, but I was sluggish and the room was spinning in my vision.
