Absolutely right. No good deed goes unpunished. I've given stuff to friends before and they end up complaining about it later. It was FREE🤷 i don't do it anymore. Learned my lesson over and over again. I'm done with it.

Go the extra mile for the customers by spray painting the cars with rattle cans😂

Over 50 years in automotive. Started working at 14 in a junkyard pulling parts. Worked as a tech. Worked for dealers. Shop foreman. Quite a few shops. It was a good living.

dude you hit the nail on the head- people have become WAY more entitled and expect so much more for less. I try to help people find cars all of the time and this whole "one owner, under 100k miles, no accidents for $4000" just doesn't exsist. But what gets me, is that people don't take accountability. I've sold $5000 cars and people look at it, drive it, buy it and go on their way. When I sold a $1200 car I had the guy there for 45 minutes analyzing every angle of the car as if he was buying a $12000 car. People need to take responsibility. There was a post on FB of someone in our town who bought a car from a title jumper and found out the core support was rotted beyond repair. They want their money back, but won't take responsibility. Did you look underneath the car? No. Did you pay for an inspection? No. Did you bring someone with you who might know about cars and know what to look for? No. You bought it as is is as. Your mistake is your mistake and learn from it.

Unfortunately, no secrets were shared here. Just two men pushing metal, one avoiding bashing consumers and one that can’t help but bash consumers.

Quit complaining I see the cars you drive and the house you live in.

I've been a car trader in the UK for 45 years and it has always been the case that most people who trade in there car do it because its got major or minor faults that they dont want to waste anymore money on so they trade it in, its upto you to do your checks on that car before it comes in.

So a customer lies about his trade in and yet the dealer lies to him or her. It’s called pay back.

Business has massive expenses I service and repair pools and insurances (multiple) gas vehicle supplies I'm not keeping much of the check the customer gives me and they don't understand. I said something about how I couldn't afford my home if I bought in this market with the high interest rates and insurance increases and got a rude comment lol

Well, was there an "auto market update" in there somewhere? I'm sorry but 30 minutes of blah, blah, blah was just too much.

The 899.00 doc fees that dealers love to charge for no reason should cover the winers complaints

Does the guy you are collaborating with actually make money or are both of you just milking youtube?

Do you have to have an annoying 7 day goatee in order to be a car dealer?

Craig, we call you Crying wheels because you create a majority of your problems yourself. You peddle a "get your car dealer license", then proceed to make idiotic mistakes, bad decisions, and buy bad vehicles for Youtube revenue. If your problems were just "car sales" issues, I'd give you more credit. If I show up late for work, drink on the job, have a horrible work ethic, I might be out of a job. Then if you cry about it on Soical Media, people will call you a whiner.

Great video.. Unless you are a 'car guy', most people would not appreciate other car guys or salesmen and the information they can provide to others.
