2% increase for resale compared to 6% for new launch, are we talking about the right unit and Dev mix in the same district? Is this the region average for new launch and resale?

The pay 20% first, and wait till foundation for remainder 5% (slowly accumulate) only works if u don't use cpf for first 20%. As long as u touch cpf for 20%, cpf board will request evidence of 75% loan and 25% (cash + cpf oa), before dispensing cpf

Almost got burnt by this.

The order of disbursal is cash then cpf then loan. You cannot go cash, cpf, then back to cash, then loan

I just bought a 3.1m fh 1500sq ft land inter terrace in d13.. hope its a good choice considering now condos are alr easily crossing the 3m mark

Why need to compare? Just say buying new launch make more money is enough lah. People are greedy and stupid. If not, then better talk about the risk at this phase of the market.
