Russia has launched its biggest wave of missile attacks on Ukrainian cities in more than a month, hours after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky proposed a peace plan in front of world leaders at the G20 summit in Indonesia.

City Lviv was attacked 2 times severely and left without hot water, electricity, heating for ling 11 hours when the temperature outside was -5 C (23 F)
Most of the people have central heating provided by power station and no gas stove. So if the electricity is cut off it means you have no food, heating, hot water and even cold running water (in some areas).

During 15-17/11 my family experienced strong blackout. On 17th of November total hours without electricity increased up to 11 hours with the temperature at night -10C

The way you are documenting this is very valuable. It is important work, an important record. The collapse you experienced is entirely understandable, and you should be proud of yourself that you didn’t let it and this horrible situation get the better of you. Ukraine will win, and so will you.

Regarding your picture for this video: be aware, that in Europe, not very many will know, what 23 F(ahrenheit) means. It is an (almost) unknown scale here. Recent statements by Hans Kluge of WHO may also be relevant on this topic. It is a clear violation of international rules to destroy essential civilian infrastructure. There may be a surge in especially respiratory diseases. And millions of people may have to flee the cold and destruction. In our talkradio "P1" they say, that bigger cities like Kiev will be hardest hit by the cold, as citizens cannot go into the woods for firewood/have no oven/stove at home.

Dear Eugenia – I just watched this video from last fall. I’m very glad you had a cat in the shelter with you – pets of all kinds are great therapy animals!

Now I am concerned about this winter for you. Do you have any different plans or supplies for this winter? I think you need a generator or power bank, some other way to cook, or the ability to at least heat up hot water and a supply of good dehydrated meals, dried fruit, dried meat etc.

I hope you have some very good lighting situation now, what we here in Michigan would take with us camping. We have some good portable, rechargeable lights. What about handwarmers, the little chemical heat up packets that you can put in gloves and socks? Do you have these available in Ukraine? If there are things we can send you, perhaps you can get a PO Box where we could mail things to you? Please make a video soon about your plans for this winter. Do you have any possibility to visit friends in the country who heat with wood? 💙🙏🏽💛🇺🇦💪🏽

Так едь в Европу, чё ты сидишь в этой нищей исчезающей стране?! Чё там делать то вообще? Она ж умирает. Езжай в Европу или Россию и не мёрзни и не мучайся.
