Just pathetic and embarrassing actions by Russia. Can't win on the battlefield, so making these spiteful strikes on civilian infrastructure. It would be one thing if Ukraine had started this fight, and Russia was trying to get them to stop. All this is doing is hardening Ukrainian resolve to win. Much respect for the Ukrainian people.
