I wish Paul would try to get back on the tour. A lot of people didn't like him at the time but I appreciated what he was trying to do - playing the heel, creating a character... kinda backfired. But he has too much talent to waste his prime years away from the oche.

Let’s face it, comparing Paul to Phil is like comparing Grimsby to Man U…no disrespect to Grimsby FC ( just promoted to div2, marvellous) Paul’s one moment in the sun is only because it involved the greatest ever darts player. A bit of Phil’s light reflected on him. Apart from that he isn’t even in Simon Whitlock’s league. I like his commentary….an Aussi with a Geordie accent, lol….but as far as darts, he couldn’t sustain any decent level for more than a few weeks. I’ve heard he’s making a comeback…comeback to what, being average?

Am I the only one that found his antics entertaining? I had no issue with him. I'd happily have him back at his best and look forward to seeing him play the likes of Price etc. Been a long time since he was at the top table though

I love paul nicholson met him a few times always polite always honest with an answer to a question hope he gets his tour card back we need to see more of paul playing darts
