Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake | Soft & Spongy

In this video I'll show you how to make a delicious Eggless Vanilla sponge cake which soft and spongy.

RECIPE
Makes 6 inch cake or 12 cupcakes

150 grams ( ½ cup) Curd/Yogurt
100 grams ( ½ cup) Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
60 ml (¼ cup) Vegetable Oil
130 grams ( 1 cup ) All Purpose Flour

1 cup = 240ml

Brought this cake to a family gathering and everyone loved it. I only had 100g Greek yogurt so I used that and added 50g cream cheese in replacement of the yogurt. I reduced the sugar -20g. Ssooo delicious and easy! Thank you! 💕
