In this video, I highlight the benefits of owning the Graco Ultra Quick shot for spraying and painting tasks. Specifically, I emphasize its convenience in quickly addressing touch-ups, such as rectifying minor mishaps like damp condensation on a recently sprayed ceiling. With the Ultra Quick shot, touch-ups are effortlessly accomplished with a spray finish, avoiding the need for a roller that may alter the surface's appearance. If you haven't invested in one yet, why delay?

Hi Phil, well done. Excellent video. Explaining and showing exactly what the QuickShot was designed for. As you know at Sprayman we have sold hundreds of these of these sprayers in the last year, since the QuickShot was launched. And like you we think it is a brilliant tool. Though when customers phone us asking about it, we always try to explain that it isn't a replacement for a mainline airless sprayer, such as a GX or like you a bigger ST Max. That it was designed for small work projects like a wall, ceiling or as in your video great for a touch up/spot repair. I like the fact that you stated that the main room was sprayed originally with your Graco 495 ST Max. Cheers Mike

Cheers Phil. It would be Very interesting to see more about spraying the Isomat primer and Top coat with the Graco. Pressure, thinning, number of coats from start to finish.

Had the same issue with temperature back in November. Took 2 days for a single coat of everall aqua primer to dry after spraying. I didn't help myself by taking the rad off but nevertheless it did make me have to rethink my tactics when it comes to spraying. Thankfully i had the rest of the house to do so i was able to leave it to its devices and get on with other rooms but its incredibly frustrating watching the paint start to form creeps and having to flick them out with a brush!! 😂 Definitely getting myself one of these little beauties though and possibly that extraction unit you're reviewing soon if its favourable.

Hi Phil. Im not a painter but I have a whole host of jobs to do at home on new fitted units. Also thinking of taking up a new side hobby of furniture makeovers. What would you suggest to buy as a sprayer. Im thinking either the Ultra or the GXFF21 of possibly the new Wagner Back Pack but I look the idea of the electronic Graco Gun. Or do I get a Gentlin, Pot and Gun. Dont want to spend a fortune but equally want something that will work. Just concerned that the Graco Ultra Pump may create costs for pumps. I watched a lot of your videos and they are really informative. Cheers

Hi Phil. Is this sprayer any good with oil base paints? Have you tried that with it? Also any recommendations on what's best to thin down oil base paints with as you definitely seem like the man to ask 👍

Thanks.

Really need to get one. I have a graco ultra hand-held. Does the job, not as versatile for trim.

Hi Phil have you tried spaying Scuff X through this machine? I was advised by Spray Direct that it’s not powerful enough.

Hi Phil
Got some bedroom furniture to do in gloss white
Using brush and roller
Would normally use Dulux trade hi gloss
But want to speed up drying time
What do you recommend for water based

I use scuff x satin but don’t know about gloss

Hi Phil, why did you let it go off between coats instead of the old cross hatch this time?

It's definitely on my shopping list. I would be interested in the woodwork discussion- types of paints such as Zinsser, Isomat and such along with recommended dilutions and tip sizes.

I've had mixed reviews. I find the cup too small to hold a decent amount of paint and longevity of the motor under constant use is definitely up for debate. Great idea for the small jobs like built-in wardrobes or media walls but not for anything else. Good Video Philly 👍
