Dude was being dishonest. He knows a salvage title drops that price immensely, but he still tried to use that one to bring him down on his price. The arrogance and emotional nature when he wasn’t getting his way would be tough for me to bite my tongue on. That $1k discount was the politest F you ever.

I got a low ball offer on a house once. Nice upgrades and a premium lot. I told the buyer that the offer was too low for me, but the owners of the house for sale across the street would probably accept that offer. Like this caller, he said he liked mine better. I told him, “I don’t blame you, that’s why mine costs more.” After a couple of days he saw the logic and we did the deal.

He showed no disrespect to the potential customer. The customer was rude and disrespectful towards this dealer. What a jerk!
The dealer showed a lot of class and patience. I would have hung up on the guy!
