Racism is when people are treated unfairly just because of their skin color or where their family is from. It's not fair, and it makes people feel really bad. Even though we should all be treated equally, in some places, this problem of not treating everyone fairly is a lot bigger. In this video we are going to show you the top ten countries where this issue is seen more than in other places. This list comes from a big study done by some groups - US News, WPP, and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. They surveyed about 87 different countries, looking at all sorts of things to figure out where racism is more of a problem. Among these countries on number ten we have.

I (a German citizen) lived in Saudi Arabia for a year and a half and experienced for myself how foreigners, even from neighbouring and friendly Arab states, are treated from above. As a foreigner, you are practically without rights there. I was warned time and again not to get involved in a dispute with a Saudi, because he would automatically get justice and I might end up in prison. I've also heard hair-raising things from others on this subject.
But I would also categorise Germany as pretty racist.

I thought racism meant the way people of a different RACE are treated within a country. Not all people were of a different race. They were of a different religion or ethnic group within the larger group. I didn't always notice different racial groups in this video. This video dealt more with social standing, ethnicity, background, skin color and religion. You can fall within the same race or ethnicity and still have those factors. How many races are there? Has the definition of "race" changed?
