I would like to know how this is measured. I imagine this is probably done by asking random people questions like "Are you comfortable with neighbors of X or Y ethnicity" or something. Which is a legit way of "measuring racism". But there are many more factors like statistically assessing hate crimes, how easy it is to immigrate to the country, awareness in educational systems and discriminatory laws some of which can be either more subjective and therefore hard to "measure" in easy to compare numbers or more objective forcing you to do more research into the context. Source and method are VERY important here.

I have been in India for a very long time, it is such a diverse country one can't see it in a single go, there are many, many means in millions of people there who even don't have an idea about what a race is or what their race is, but at the same time you can see racism going on full force there Dravidians calling themselves true Indians and seeing Indo Aryans as intruders, Indo Aryans discriminating against Dravidians and Mongoloids, Mongoloids attacking people of other races just for living in "their" states or territories. But still, keep good over bad, I love that country and its people 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿♥️🇮🇳

Indians own lots of businesses in Africa and they treat their workers badly just because they are black, the disrespect is too high for 3-10 dollars a day of hard labour.This happens in small companies and businesses that require hard labour such as construction.
