Девчонки мне за 50 и я не стройняшка, после операции по женски десять лет на гормонах.но всё равно работа физическая, огород, кардио гимнастика, различные упражнения для суставов, спины, на работу2 км на велосипеде, зимой пешком туда обратно, питание опять же не передать нежрать, что попало.а тут смотришь такие молодые лишние можно спортом убрать метаболизм ещё хороший, а вы то в броню какую-то одевайтесь, так же ходить неудобно, то вы любите себя такими, ужас.движение и питание самое главное, всем здоровья!
