It’s not the grading that matters. If you find 2000-2013 or so in Newstand they were printed at a rate from 10% down to about 1% of the direct edition. It comes down to their overall print rarity, not as much their grade. 2005-2013 are some of the most rare

84/85 is when Direct Market overtook newsstand editions. So, prior to that Newsstand copies outnumbered direct sales.
Personally, and your mileage may vary, I've never cared. The book is the book either way.
Damn barcode should have ALWAYS been on the back cover and not interfered with the art.
