It can be done but it will take a lot of time, planning and effort 😊
I purchase the wonky fruit and vegetables in Australia 🇦🇺
Good selection of groceries.
Happy eating ✔️

Thankyou for this Amelia. It is frightening when you look at percentages. But channels, like yours, really help for ideas when looking for healthy frugal recipes etc. Bless you for gifting your shop. Have a good week

What an interesting video, yeah its crazy with prices I thought u were going to say closer to 30 to be honest. Still can do a lot of meals with that for a good price.
It definitely feels challenge to keep my bills low and not feel like my children can't eat what they want. Thank you for sharing look forward to ur vlogs/videos (lol that makes me sound old what do we call them ha). 😂

Honestly it's ridiculous that prices have gone up so much. I mean, two years ago, a lot of the things reponsible for inflation - Covid, Brexit, the war in Ukraine, the energy shortages - had already happened and people were ALREADY shocked by how expensive everything had got. So it's really depressing that prices have just kept rising, and it hasn't got better since. I'd have hoped at some point costs would have stopped going up so much, but I guess greedflation is a thing too (and I guess other things have happened in the world since that have impacted the economy)

Imagine how much worse it would have been if you had included the olive oil in the budget 😮

The increase does not surprise me; I thought it would be more to be honest! I remember literally swearing at the butter price increases as they seemed to go up every other week at one point lol.
