Is the 2024 RAM 1500 Revolution a BETTER truck than a Ford F-150 Lightning?

FIRST LOOK: The ALL NEW RAM Revolution is here and this truck brand is ready to take on the Chevrolet Silverado EV, GMC Sierra EV & Ford F-150 Lightning. On the outside you will find bold muscular styling,LED lighting and 24in wheels. On the inside you will be greeted by 3-row seating and 28in infotainment screen. As for the design of this truck, this is hands down my favorite of all the electric trucks that have come out in recent months. I highly doubt many people will actually take out the tablet, or even know that it's removable. xD

I believe companies are forgetting why people want to buy EV. Pricing anything at 80k, doubling it gasoline cousin is like shooting yourself on the foot.

there are no interior door handles---its a touch unlock button and then just push door open. I agree with everyone-Ram did a ton of stuff correct---great job

I am really impressed! This electric truck is one of the BEST looking trucks I've ever seen and definitely would buy one, but with price tag of 100K, ouch ...it hurts, it's almost impossible!

It's quite pretty, no doubt. I'm not sold on the wing mirror system, I can see a big learning curve there. I would also trade in that 3rd row seating for a longer bed. My first thought when you showed the windshileld transition into the roof was, "I can only imagine the repair cost." Be interesting to see the towing capabilities. Lastly, like everything else, the cost is going to hamper the average Joe from getting their hands on something like this and helping get away from gas or diesel.

I almost loathe trucks — at least, I'm not fond of how bigger seems to always be better — but this... my goodness. Absolutely smashed it. If I ever had to get a truck, I'd want it to be this one.

Well this definitely changes things… I might be a truck guy after all. This truck is just brilliant. Very well thought out and I’m simply amazed. I remember being a kid and having a futuristic Hotwheels truck and this reminds me so much of that. We are in the future.

I became addicted to the RAM in 2013 when I got my first 1500. It was a v-6 automatic and I used it as a pilot vehicle. In 15 months of driving and escorting oversized loads, I put over 81, 000 kms on the truck. It never failed me once, handled any weather, terrain and demands I placed on it and gave me over 30 mpg while doing it. I will definitely look into ordering one of these after seeing the unit. The only thing I am looking forward to is the road test video. THAT will clinch the deal for me.💕
