We are a not particularly young couple from Toronto, Canada. We always enjoy your videos but you really outdid yourself with this one. We have made several additions to our notes for our next visit to Paris.
Your opening comments struck a responsive chord for my wife and me. It has been several years since we have visited as we have been addressing some health issues. We have been dealing with our Paris deprivation by watching many YouTube videos. One thing we have noted, and not favourably, is the increased number of McDonald’s, KFC etc as well as the plethora of Happy Hours, burgers and the like. We will be returning in the next several months ( we hope). We will not be seeking out multinationals, burger spots etc but rather the type of places you highlight in your videos. Many thanks!
