This opinion is nice because foxy is my favorite animatronic, BUT it really doesn't make that much sense because Michael wasn't the only one scaring the crying child into Fred Bear's mouth so technically all of the animatronics would be important.

Lets not forget that in the real canon, Foxy is severely bullied by William, which made him and all of his version contribute to a lot of important events, William getting springlocked, Funtime Foxy fused with the other funtimes due to a grudge with William and ofc he's William's only ally in Andrew's purgatory

I totally agree, but also Fredbear and Springbonnie are also really important in the lore because Fredbear caused the bite of ‘83, and Springbonnie is the animatronic William Afton used to lure the kids into the Fnaf 1 safe room to kill them

New lore drop: The Foxy Mask that Mike wore was haunted by spirits (because of course it was), and it made Mike evil towards his brother, which is why he regrets it immediately after the bite.


The sad part is that it doesn't sound too far from actual fnaf lore & theories from that time.
