Graham Fitness (3/17/15) Justin's Exercise of the Day is a Bent Over Cable Chest Flye with a monkey grip!

While holding yourself at roughly 90 degrees allow your hands to open as you stretch your arms up and back. And then, when you bring your arms back down, close your hands into tight fists.

Try to keep your shoulders back and your chest out. Squeeze your chest hard at the bottom and get a big stretch at the top! 3-4 sets of 10 reps should do the trick!
