A captivating science-fiction drama follows a family facing an unexplainable cosmic event on their farm. When the young, curious and adventurous Rosemary discovers what she assumes to be a large beehive growing on a branch of one of their trees, she visits it each day to carefully document its unusual growth. She discovers it’s not what she thought it was. Featuring up-and-coming Indigenous talent and a scenic Canadian landscape, as the hive and threat grows, so do tensions within the community and family.

THANKYOU for NOT showing the monster in the trailer. Its something that production companies seem to have started doing over the last decade or the entire point of the movie in the trailer. The Monster reveal is a huuuuge part of a film, so it always baffles me why so many movies just spoil their own film by allowing whoever makes the trailers to reveal their monster. Its really noce to see some common sense for a change.

The alien "thing" doesn't look like a beehive it looks like a hornet's nest. I know it's minor but as a beekeeper this common misidentification just bugs me.

I saw the 1st Teaser trailer for The Beehive movie 2 or 3 months ago and, as a huge fan of Horror/Sci-Fi movies and especially "Creature Features", this movie looks like it will be really, REALLY GOOD!!!! I have periodically Google searced for a US release date in Theaters and/or on VOD or a Streaming platform (e.g., Shudder) but still haven't found a date?? Is there a Release date yet for this movie in the US??? If not, any estimate of when a Release Date would be available?? Again, based on the 1st and now 2nd Trailer, this movie looks like it will be good and I can't wait to see

Trailer demonstrates a great DOP & Lighting at night. I hope it is like that throughout the night scenes. In the past 15 years, too many horror films do not have great let alone good night scenes - they're in total darkness. Again, I hope the film matches the trailer re: night scenes. Great trailer tho! Doesn't show the entire film. Good looking cast, too. 🇨🇦🍁
