The truth is is that Sabine took the darksaber from Maul and then the darksaber was taken from her and given to Saxen and then Sabine won it over and then gave it to Bo-katan who loses it

The true owner is the troll man himself Obi-Wan Kenobi bc he won it in a duel against Pre Vizsla in Clone Wars

Honestly it doesn't matter who owns the right with the Darksaber. Clearly Obi-Wan beated Pre Vizsla, Maul got tortured by Sidious, Din lost the right from weird cyborg and Bo didn't even won that in combat but still got the Darksaber twice.

Whether the dark crystal survive from crushing, either it's completely destroyed or maybe appear as reforged/new Darksaber like the Skywalker saber from the sequel trilogy.

But for now... it's busted 😢
