A time capsule has been discovered after it was hidden inside a Seattle church 115 years ago.

The German Evangelical Church was established in 1891 in the Queen Anne neighborhood. By 1906 the building was replaced by what was called the “Evangelical Auditorium.”

It was a church until the 1960s. It was mostly vacant until the 1970’s when it was renovated and used as a counseling center.

These people are doing good work. It makes me happy knowing something is being saved from these historical sites

Hard to explain but 1906 doesn't feel what 1886 would feel like in 2001.
