Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their life, but none about his or her own - The Alchemist

I'm just having chai, minding my own business, making videos about my favourite country in the world, because DAMN what a privillege to live here😍

Once upon a time, when I was just travelling India this life seemed impossible. Leaving everything behind, starting from scratch, never knowing if I'd actually be able to enjoy daily life here. Well guess what? It's even better than I dreamed of!

If you wanna see my whole journey click the link in bio to my YouTube channel, where I've documented everything from my forst day in India back in 2015 to now living in Bangalore for 5,5 years (yeah it's really not just experiment haha, this is my life!). It's more than 1000 vlog about adjusting, travelling, and navigating daily life in India. I'm so stoked that I documented that all haha!

🇳🇱🧡🇮🇳
The Netherlands will always be a part of me, but India is where I'm building my future (and enjoying every day of it). So thanks for the "TED talk", but I'm good. Wishing you blessings too🫰🏻

PS for the random Redditor who just jammed me into a post about "foreigners building channels off of their Indian parnters background": My channel has never dependdd on my relationship and it never will. I built everything I have on my own experiences, and my followers follow me for me. Not because of who I'm with. Nice try though trying to discredit my own work as woman✌🏻

So proud of my India.. It's started from scratch and it's doing wonders in less than 75years of independence after all the loot. I love my country and i can't be proud enough ❤

As an Indian living in Netherlands, you did the best! There is flexibility in everything and if you enjoy spontaneity then no place better than India

You did not leave the Netherlands because you hate Europe. You came to India cz you love India. How is it so difficult to understand? And not everyone looks for "Standard of living". I've been following you since your first day in India. You love Mumbai soo soo soo much. Yet you decided to stay in Bangalore. It doesn't mean you hated Mumbai. It's just you loved Bangalore too.

Wow. So, this person is giving you free advice when you yourself chose to stay in India. Instead of respecting your choice, he/she is questioning your decision. If this is not rude.

India in now the 5th largest economy in the world surpassing UK and it will cross germany by 2028. The gdp is growing at a pace of 7.2% which is highest in the world. Not to metion the rich culture, ancient religion, teachings etc. India has so much to offer yet some woke people think people should not live in India..

India is the land for seekers. I admit that you have proved it in a classic manner.

I am awe struck that an Indian does not like india but you do. You look pretty in lehenga. I wish you get all the best experiences of this country. ❤

The grass is always greener on the other side. I believe every part of the world has it's own problem. So, live where you feel happy

The person who commented can't be indian by heart. He/she is not indian otherwise wouldn't have commented like this

That fool who wrote never knows that our inner soul doesn’t needs swank roads and tall buildings . Initially there is like “wow” after that it craves for excitement .. where the hell is that excitement that you find in India, where’s the variety in life that you find in India .. I have been to top cities across the world for work . First two to 3 months it’s all wow 🤩 .. after that it’s the same boring drab and then you realize our soul just can’t live with swank roads, luxury cars, 7 room houses in the most beautiful neighbourhood .. you need variety . You need people
, you need excitement, you need friends and family .. so it’s pointless to run after those swank .. trust me I have sent it all

I'm not taking his side but I can understand where he is coming from... because majority of Indians do want to move abroad for a better
