Resep Spicy Carbonara Ramyeon (untuk 1-2 porsi)
Bahan:
1-2 porsi Ang’s Popomie Mie Ramen 2 mm
Spicy oil:
4 sdm minyak goreng
6-10 buah cabai rawit
3-5 siung bawang putih
1 sdt smoked paprika powder
2 batang daun bawang, iris halus
1 sdt bubuk kari
2-3 sdm krimer bubuk
Spicy sauce:
1 sdm gochujang
1 sdm saus sambal
1 sdt kaldu ayam
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdt kecap asin
1 sdt kecap ikan
1 sdt wijen
1 sdt gula
1 sdt penyedap
4-5 sdm air
1 sdm parsley kering, opsional
Pelengkap:
Kuning telur
Chicken luncheon, potong kotak-kotak
Daun bawang cung, iris
Telur
Wijen
Nori, iris tipis
Langkah:
1. Blender bawang putih, cabai rawit, dan minyak, lalu tumis hingga harum
2. Masukkan daun bawang, lalu tambahkan kari bubuk dan smoke paprika powder, aduk rata
3. Tambahkan kecap asin, minyak wijen, kecap ikan, gochujang, saus sambal, kaldu ayam, parsley, wijen, dan krimer bubuk dan air, aduk rata
4. Masukkan penyedap dan gula, aduk rata
5. Untuk topping, kocok telur, masukkan chicken luncheon, lalu goreng hingga kuning keemasan
6. Rebus Ang’s Popomie Mie Ramen sesuai dengan petunjuk di kemasan
7. Siapkan mangkuk, masukkan bumbu spicy sauce, lalu tambahkan mie yang sudah di rebus, aduk rata
8. Sajikan Spicy Carbonara Ramyeon dengan kuning telur, nori, chicken luncheon, daun bawang, dan wijen sebagai pelengkap

Spicy Carbonara Ramyeon Recipe (yield: 1-2 servings)
Ingredients:
1-2 serving Ang’s Popomie 2 mm Ramen Noodles
Spicy Oil:
3-4 tbsp oil
6 pc bird’s eye chili
3-5 clove garlic
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
2 pc green onion, finely sliced
1 tsp curry powder
3 tbsp creamer
Spicy Sauce:
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 cube chicken powder
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp flavor enhancer
4-5 tbsp water
Others:
Egg yolk
Chicken luncheon, diced
Spring onions, sliced
Egg
Sesame oil
Nori, thinly sliced
Steps:
1. Blend the garlic, bird’s eye chili, and oil. Sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the green onions in. Add curry powder and smoked paprika powder. Stir.
3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, fish sauce, gochujang, chili sauce, chicken powder, parsley, sesame seeds, creamer, and water in. Mix well.
4. Add the flavor enhancer and sugar in. Mix well.
5. For the topping, whisk the egg. Add the chicken luncheon in and fry to golden brown.
6. Cook Ang’s Popomie Ramen Noodles per instructions on the packaging.
7. Prepare a bowl. Add the Spicy Sauce and the cooked noodles in. Mix well.
8. Serve the Spicy Carbonara Ramyeon with egg yolk, nori, chicken luncheon, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
