27-year-old Max is living with an inherited heart muscle disease called arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy.

The British Heart Foundation has awarded a £30 million grant to CureHeart, who will seek to develop the first cures for inherited heart muscle diseases by pioneering revolutionary and ultra-precise gene therapy technologies.

This is our once-in-a-generation opportunity to relieve people like Max of the constant worry of sudden death, heart failure and the potential need for a heart transplant.
