Hello dear Director My name is Frank currently I am in a procedure removal with I220a I have to enter to USA for humanitarian reason and at this time I am waiting for the immigration judge to take decision in my case . I am a brain surgeon surgeon in three different countries in the world and I passed the American medical board exams in order to contribute to the society, I have a strong asylum case as Cuban doctor, I was wondering according with your experience what is the possibility the ICE department may change my I220a form for a 212 5 b form of parole in order to adjust my status and contribute as a doctor to the USA population that needs the medical assistance. The ICE officer last time told me that is impossible that the law doesn’t allow that .
