Interviews are great idea to get more insight!

I think maybe a mix of different formats. I will say that I really appreciate what you share already. If you want to try something else or feel that it is a bit stale then try whatever. At the end of the day no-one can know what it would be like unless you are willing to try it. I am sure that as long as the content remains great then any format will work well 👍

I love the idea of interviews! I would be very interested on interviews of PostgreSQL Hackers about the patches their working on. Sometimes it can get quite hard for the general public to understand what the items in the commitfest actually mean to the PostgreSQL community. So having it explained by the hackers themselves might even encourage other people to join the discussion, or even test and review it.

Big fan of the show's format! I don't think I've missed any of the 278 episodes of Scaling Postgres ;)

How about 2 videos. I love this one for catching up. MAYBE you let us vote on which ones you could do a deep dive on later? But one interview and one Summary would be great without making my head spin...

I wouldn’t mind a tutorial or “how to do this” within the context of the article. Your videos are great and this would be the cherry on top. Doesn’t have to be for every one of them. Just one. You choose

I agree with your suggestions at the beginning to go deeper with less breadth covered. When I saw the first article you introduced, it sounded like you've had similar experiences about optimizing database performance. Same in my experience too.. Going into your experiences and providing additional insight/context would be valuable to listeners and also showcase your expertise. Thanks for the content.

I agree with you on reducing the number of articles on videos (but keeping them for the blog). As a beginner in PostgreSQL, I would appreciate some basic concept explanations. You could provide a brief overview of the concepts and then delve deeper into the article. What do you think about this approach?

I like the idea of interviews maybe you could mix the episode construction vary the episodes between articles & posts you think are valuable, interviews and more in-depth discussions.

Thank you for your channel. Appreciate your work. Is there a discord? Would be great to do a question and answer session from viewers.
