Follow this Step-by-Step Routine for Improved Acne in 8 Weeks!

☀️AM Acne Routine
Step 1: Benzoyl Peroxide Cleanser (Ex: @cerave Acne Foaming Cleanser 4% BP)
Step 2: 2% Salicylic Acid Toner (Ex: @panoxyl Clarifying Exfoliant 2% SA)
Step 3: Moisturizer + SPF (Ex: CeraVe Ultra Lightweight Moisturizing Lotion Matte Finish)

🌙PM Acne Routine
Step 1: Gentle Cleanser (Ex: @officialvanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser)
Step 2: Adapalene (Ex: @acnefree Adapalene 0.1% Gel)
Step 3: Moisturizer (Ex: @larocheposayusa Double Repair Matte Moisturizer)

Incorporate a SULFUR mask 2-3 times per week on nights you take a break from your adapalene product. Use as directed on the label. On this night, your routine will be: Gentle cleanser - Sulfur mask as directed - Moisturizer. (Ex: AcneFree Acne Clearing Mask 3.5% Sulfur)

Finally after 40 years I do not have any type of acne or breakouts and I can actually go without makeup without feeling self conscious because I started following one of your skincare routines about 3-4 years ago. Something I'm surprised derms keep leaving out are Hormonal causes. I've seen a derms in junior high & a Curology derm, tried your idea, no one mentioned it's a possibility & it sucks to learn on my own at 45yo. Oral or topical compounded Spironolactone & oral zinc gluconate & 500mg B5 are the missing pieces.
