You get what you pay for with instruments
Smooth sound. Excellent if you're starting out.
Good if you want to see whether you like playing pendants. Otherwise, it definitely sounds cheap. High notes are a little harsh on the ears.
Extra breathy and not in tune. It looks pretty and would be great for cosplays or decoration, but not great for most songs.
Butter-smooth. Plays high notes wonderfully. The F# and G# in the second chamber are out of tune but that can be fixed by using altered finger positions. Not recommended as a first ocarina.
