Edit: So many people are claiming lots of Bullshit in the Comment Reply section so basically *TW : OH ability is to Overwrite anything in Reality by anyway he wants no Bounds at all basically a Heavens door but with a Higher power and Speed and he doesnt need to write it occurs instantly many claim TW : OH has a Range limit Limited by his Fist and yet many Occurances he Overwrites in a Large range example of him Manipulating the Weather and Summoning a Lightning both at a Certain spot and a Large one literally on the Whole World sucking or absorbing everyones souls(Except for Jotaros and Jolyne Plot armor i guess) so yes i Conclude TW : OH's Range is Large or even Infinite since he literally got to Absorb the whole world souls now for the SP : OH, Its ability is a Hard counter to TW : OH since its desame type of Stand etc etc, its ability is to Overwrite and Object or Lifeform that has been Overwritten basically he can only overwrite an Object into a Certain thing that was already Overwritten as you've noticed this ability is greatly Powerful yet Limited and he was Greatly a Counter to Dio since Dio cant Overwrite Jotaro, now for the GER part many people claim that GER can greatly counter TW : OH and yet with a Single punch he has been Nullified now many people claim that GER nullification why didnt it work on TW : OH since its a Passive Ability rather than a Main skill, it only didnt happen since Dio has been Overwritten to Counter any stands as Valentine said in the Eyes of Heaven storyline Dio has been Jumping through universes or Timelines and battling many Users of stand he has probably fought alot of Giornos/GERS and Johnny's etc etc, so technically he is used to that certain stand or has overwritten himself to hard counter this ability now for the "It isnt canon part" he has literally fought so many Giornos or even this Eyes of heaven Giorno since diavolo died in their Universe its canon now Shut the fuck up*

For me C-moon deserves a way higher place for 2 reasons:
Inverts the gravity of what it touches so it can kill you in one hit (jolyne is the only exception)
The gravity shift ability which might not look good and just being annoying to deal with is actualy very overpowered since it pushes you away from pucci in the opposite direction while pucci can walk on walls and move to change the direction you’re gonna fall towards
