Troubleshooting Aquatru

Probably too late to help, but from the sound of the pump it seems like there's an air bubble in the plumbing and the pump got un-primed. The solution is to lower the dirty water tank very slowly onto the base (where it's connected but doesn't turn on yet), and observe if small bubbles start coming out of the base. If there is, then hold the water tank in that position until the bubbles go away and then lower it completely and let it turn on. Another thing you can try is to plug and unplug the dirty water tank several times and see if the bubbles can escape that way.

This is my second filter machine I bought because the same thing happen with my first one
It looks like is filtering but nothing the water is just stuck I don’t know what to do, I will try leaving vinegar on the sucking tips to decalcify but I’m not sure if that will work, anybody any suggestions???

Whoa, I thought this video was on private lol. Didnt realize youtube converted it into a short.... I sent this to Aquatru and they had no solution for me. I requested a new RO Filter (even though it had been less than a year) and that did the trick!
