Should you replace the filters while the unit is on or off? Plugged or unplugged? Also, I've had the unit for 8 months and none of my filter lights have gone off. I thought the yellow one would be done after 6 months or 600 gallons, whichever comes first?

The instruction manual says to run two full tanks through after cleaning or replacing a filter. The instructions on the inside of the panel say 4 full tanks. Which is it?

Does the machine tell you which filter to change? And we only need to change that one?

I just replaced all 3 filters, going through the 2nd cycle of 4, as suggested, the #4 filter light is on…not sure if water is filtering through that filter. Please advise.

I just replaced filter 1, and it stops shortly after coming on..I checked for the rec arrow position.i have pressed reset but its so small not sure if its

Many questions - on your picture, the unit is turned on while you press and hold the reset button. However, the lights are off... When my unit is on, the lights are on. If the unit is on, it's filtering water, so I had to fill the tank first, then turn it on, then press the reset button. Is that right?? Please help!

According to the app, the filters on my until are being used up at different rates. If I just change two filters, then hit the filter reset, what happens re: the filter that wasn't replaced? Does it lose track of the filter's usage?

I changed the filter 1-2 but when the system it’s working it just show the number 2 then 3 and 4 but not the 1 !!! can you help me please what I can do ?

I just ordered my first set of replacement filters. Upon unboxing I see I have 2 boxed filters marked 1-2, and one boxed filter 4.
Why not filter 3, and how/when does that need to be replaced? This is somewhat confusing.
