Great videos..
I just bought a few beginner bags. To pan with my kids for the first time panning.. Trying to Get them off the gaming and back outside.
This will be good family fun, especially when they find their gold..
I'm just going to put it in a bucket and walk in the house like I dug it up down by the creek..lol
If this starts a passion for prospecting I'll keep u posted.

Oh yeah seasoning a new pan is a must.
The method I use is with sandpaper, higher grit the better.

Ha as a 42%er I like to use dawn dish soap and river gravels, I’ve done 12 to 15 pans like this and never had a problem! Thanks for the video Shane, as alway a pleasure!

From the recent rains in Colorado. A bunch of dirt washed down the front of the street near my truck.
I panned it all and you wouldn't believe how much gold flakes I actually got.
Pretty impressive of how many flakes showed up.
