I set out my life purpose to change our lives through urban planning. To integrate nature in such a way that we can have the wonders of technology together with the "soft fascination".
Of course it requires a shift in behaviour, but people living in space without nature definitely isn't going to help.

Cities and nature aren't mutually exclusive, thinking that they are is an example of a false binary. There are many cities around the world with access to parks and nature, cities like Rio de Janeiro, Bogata, Medellin and Hong Kong are literally built around tropical forests. The biggest problem facing the world right now (especially in the English speaking world) is suburban sprawl.

I returned to the old methods of navigation in my hiking tours and in my live I hadn't had that much fun before. The feeling of independents is glorious.

Great video, Cole! Urbanization, phone addiction, and social media addiction have all been linked to decreased feelings of well-being, and contributed to feelings of misery, loneliness, depression and dissatisfaction with life. Access to nature and green spaces has significant mental health benefits. We need to educate ourselves and share information about the potential negative impacts of excessive technology and social media use, especially with younger generations.👋❤

Thanks for another great video Cole! Well executed and informative as always! As a teenager living in a small town but with strict parents, I don’t really get to go anywhere very often. We live right next to a busy highway that’s known for kidnappings and human trafficking, along with living in an area with homeless people- so going outside and hanging out with friends, or going on walks isn’t really an option for me. However, I do go running a mile every morning with my father, and that little bit of going outside for 10-15 minutes has been incredible! It’s amazing what nature can do for you, and I hope everyone here can find that little bit of time to just enjoy our beautiful planet.

I like how you gave a scientific explanation for why being in nature is important but it goes deeper than what we see with our eyes.

Another reason why we love being in nature is because it's alive, the air is much pure, the energy is more harmonious and we have a spiritual connection with the planet.

Yes I know that talking about energy makes people skeptical but we are more than our brain and our body that's a fact not superstition just do your own research and you will find the information.

Go watch Avatar, I know it's blue aliens living on a different planet but all the concepts and the culture of the tribes come from real tribes on earth. This is the movie that made me understand how we are connected with the planet on a deep level.

I’m outside right now eating dinner. It’s been a rough day & I’m getting away from the word and eating alone. I am at peace.

I had this thought yesterday while dealing with rush hour traffic. I asked myself "why do I still live in Denver? This sucks!" Lol

I’m moving back in with my family in the country this year. I’m 37 and single. I make a tonne of money with my job but it’s so hard to make friends. I’m miserable in the city

This works for all about ten minutes to a day then boom stuck in the same hole just in the grass. I've learned to just keep trying don't quit your addictions if your'e not ready but stay conscious and keep trying to change. Life moves slower than I thought no matter how much I try to force change. A lot of this isn't under my control I've realized. I've made it this far and none of it is because of me. I just keep trying to improve on surrendering and do my best to embrace whatever situation life throws at me. It's worked best for me out of the thousands of things. Done beating myself up and done not being enough for anything or anyone. Hope everyone finds peace. No one can save anyone. There's no magic pill there's no tecnique there's no video you can watch and "get it" theres no relationship or amount of money or workout or diet or meditation or guru or therapist that will cure things. all these things Just help assist you on your path. Put faith in life and in god. The only way is through. The Truth hurts. Trust In yourself Everything will be Arite in the end. Grace is running this show.

Sometimes I wonder why I bother watching these when I’m already pretty good at most of the things you talk about (though I admit as an introvert it’s hard for me to get out and do things 😆)
Very interesting nonetheless, and sometimes you do make me think. So keep up the good work!

As someone who lives in a smaller, rural town I agree with this 100%! Just go outside, bros! Also adding plants to your living space and work space🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽
