Did you know that there is a Metallica reference in his voice lines? If you tap on him on the character info, you might get a voice line that goes. "Master of puppets" and that is a reference to the song, master of puppets

The only nerf he deserves is his super recharge rate.

Bcuz not cycling supers also means not able to heal and reload as well.
