CLOV is a great company. it's also an AI SaaS play. the Hindenberg piece on Clov is a peice of bs, but was successful in spreading fud among the stockholders, resulting in severe stock decline.

on SMCI - Hindenberg spit out alot of acusations without any proofs. that's what they always do.
