Hi Everyone! I have some meal prep ideas for you again! In this video I share my grocery haul, healthy eating tips, and ideas for prepped ahead breakfast and lunch! Plus, this is very budget friendly! I hope that this video will give you some ideas, and motivation to get your peal prep done!
LET'S GO!!!
Instant Pot Steel Cut Oats:
2c. Steel Cut Oats
4 1/4c. Water
Pinch of salt
Combine ingredients. Set instant pot to high pressure. Cook for 4 minutes, then let sit for 20 minutes.
BLT Taco/Crunch Wrap Ingredients
(This is just what I used, you do you!)
Almond Flour Tortilla
Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Bacon
Rotisserie Chicken
Tomato
Avocado
Chopped Spinach
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-I cooked these on the griddle on med-low heat sprayed with Avocado oil for less than a minute on both sides.
Salad add in ideas:
Beans (I like chickpeas and black beans)
Hemp Heart Seeds
Chia Seeds
Additional fruit or vegetable of your choice.
