This is so helpful!!! I have never been to Costco, Trader Joe's or Sprouts because they are farther than ideal from us, but we shop at Aldi often!!! I was so tickled to recognize quite a few items we regularly buy in your video, including, perfect bars, the fruit juice, chicken sausage, irish cheese, kombucha, etc.
Also, I really needed to hear that "when we chase perfection, we always set ourselves up for failure because perfection does not exist." Very, very good reminder!!! 💖

Organic Italian style meatballs with sauce made with grass fed beef. We like their grass fed ground beef better than Trader Joe's. Grass fed steaks. Organic free range chicken breasts. Different brand than what you showed. Produce varies. Some organic options are gems-- like spinach, zuchini, peppers. Organic frozen and canned veggies. Their juice shots are our favs too.

Their bacon, grass fed hotdogs, pasture eggs, organic frozen fruits/veggies, and at our local one they have organic deli meat!

I have a lactose problem (only certain dairy products bother me). My sis got their goat cheese for Christmas snacks and it was very crumbly. We get it from a locally owned store now.
