I came here hoping to get more info and I was disappointed. I can't find a complete full install video that includes the wedge. The online manual for my model of doorbell references a completely different model and is just text with no images or video links. For such a large company I'm surprised, they throw out some vague info and you're supposed to just figure out the rest. If my doorbell wasn't a gift I would return it.

They have a very different idea of what a "corner" is. I need a pie shaped wedged to literally install it in the middle of a corner where two walls meet. I have looked everywhere and have not been able to find one. Guess I'll take it back.

I have a metal door, and nowhere else to mount my doorbell… is there a strong magnetic mount or anything?

How do you install 2 door mounts when the both are same.
1. Smooth side
2. Position of the holes where to screw

The location of my bell is too low and doesn't capture the head. Can I install the wedge mount upside down so it angles upward? Or will that make my ring mount upside down? I just need to angle it upward to get better shot.

The plates sent with my unit are hopeless on the front— no way to attach them to anything, or attach anything to them.. guess I’ll be paying ha handy person to conger up something that will work. I sure the u it is easier to use than to install because it been a bust so far.
