Thanks so much for the tip! Returned from a two week, four park trip and the system worked I parked it on my pad at home. Could not get the panel to clear or reset after running all the jacks multiple times. The secret was hitching it back to the truck and running them all out again. Stay safe!

We are very thankful for your video as we have been waiting for 2 hrs on hold waiting for a customer service agent…only to have him confess he does not know what is wrong and he will send a service repair technician at our cost (supposedly not covered under our policy)

Normally occurs when either the rear jacks are extended too far or the front of the coach was too high and couldn't lower itself enough to begin the leveling process. If it does manage to level, it'll normally raise some wheels off the ground. Using the pins on the front jacks making it a bit shorter, then extending them from the system and using blocks on all jacks, paying especially close to the rear jacks not to exceed 4 inches from the block usually results in a flawless set up. Excellent video on how to clear the error!

Great video! Auto leveling systems are really nice to have even if you have to reset them once in a while.
