My new gouache plein air painting setup! ❤️

In a quest for improving my gouache plein air painting skills, I found the ‘perfect’ setup and want to share it with you! First I discovered the ingenious easel created by James Gurney. I wanted to build my own simple version of his easel, but I saw a little beauty for $80 on Etsy! It was worth it because I’d rather paint than use a saw! 😆

Then via YouTube, I discovered talented Jared Cullum who introduced me to the awesome (and cute) Art Tool Kit - now I’m so organized! After a few weeks of deciding upon my gouache painting needs I finally christened my setup! 🎨

That looks really great. The tin box idea is a good one. I have the same easel but would like to get a tin box like yours but no luck. Where did you get yours?
