How to Install DOD ROOT Certificates on your Windows Computer

My computer doesn't show dod root ca 2, and jko still doesn't let me log in my personal computer

im having a problem to access from home, i got a new cac, and i have new certs in it. At work on mil computers i access anything with no problem, it got updated to DOD ID CA-64, previously i had DOD ID CA 54 i think, well i could see i had a user with my name and dod id linked to that cert, now the DOD ID-64 has nothing linked to it, A user, and i cant figure out how to do that. would you be able to help me?

so i am on my gaming pc, will this inhibit my ability to use my computer for whatever personal things i want to do? or does this just allow me to use my dod things?

If I don't have DOD Root CA2 is that ok or is that needed? I am having a problem with being able to login to some sites, but not all.
