How To Set Up ANY CAC Reader For Windows/Google Chrome | Zoweetek CAC Reader 12026-3

Hello friends! This is a quick tutorial to set up your personal CAC reader from home! Setting up a CAC reader works the same across all branches: Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard. I personally needed my CAC reader to access my AF Portal/AFVEC from home on my Surface Book (64-bit Windows) using Google Chrome.

Depending on your base, you do not have to spend money on a CAC reader, just talk to your supervisor and ask for one :) Drop a comment to let me know if this helps you!

I installed everything with Root but none of my information shows up when I go under personal tab, and can't continue. please help.

hi got to the step where i need to click "autorun" however it tells me to choose an application to open it. What application would i need?

some i think some card reader are like most PC mousses u just plug it in and it automatically downloads and instill drivers, i think its like this with all tech
