I've owned an Apple Watch since the beginning and it's one of my all-time favorite products. I have a lot to say about the Series 4.

I have the series 4 aluminum, gps only, my wife has the stainless 4 with cellular activated.

My feeling is that if want cellular, get the stainless. $ 220 more on the 44 mm, and skip Applecare. We skipped it.
With the aluminum, you want Applecare which narrows the price difference to about $140. Worth $ 140 for the stainless.

If you don’t need cellular, get the aluminum. $ 300 difference. Maybe skip Applecare.

I have the 4 aluminum and the 2 aluminum. Just not that much difference. Speed only matters in the boot up.

Like how you explained the always on display topic. That's exactly how I feel! Why would I want it showing my notifications or info for other people. I prefer flick of the wrist when I need to see my watch.

This was my first Apple Watch and I am soooo happy with it! AirPods are the next one on my list. If you are short on money, rather get an older iPhone with a nice case, AirPods and Apple Watch instead of just a phone. The overall experience is way better

Nice video. I have series 3 and I am confused about updating to series 4. I really like that big display and improved health and workout tracking features. But I think that it is a little expensive and my series 3 is still working perfectly.

Chris, try charging your Apple watch while getting ready in the morning. Someone else suggested this and it works great for me. Also, I take mine off and charge for a few minutes at the end of my day and use it as a digital vacation just before bed!! Changed my sleep habits that way too. P.S. Love the show. Keep up the great work. Love the Shirt!!

Until they put back the stainless steel gps only model I won't consider upgrading. I'm still on my 42mm stainless steel series 2 :)

A dumbed down version of the watch face that only tells the time makes perfect sense. Wouldn't you want to just glance down at your watch to see the time, or do you like raising your hand like you have a question to see it? An always on display makes perfect sense to me.

Go for Sleepwatch app (for free) than AutoSleep. Sleepwatch provides more info on your disturbed/restful sleep. I absolutely love it

I honestly love the hell out of my series 4 except for one thing, the move calories are out of control! I burn like 3000 calories just laying around being lazy. Have you experienced this issue?

Great review, always appreciate a more real world review instead of repeating everything that was already said in the keynote.

The only thing I kind of disagree with is not having a watch face store. Based on the app store for the iPhone it's clear that there are really great designers and developers outside of the Apple campus, I don't see why a watch face store would be different. Just like there are terrible iPhone apps from devs there would be terrible watch faces but that shouldn't negate the potential for good ones.
