here to fix the first ac, that is pretty obsolete: first the kasuar legs suck, for a light build go for the nachtreiher or the ortus legs. Auto focus in the arms is useless if you use a good fcs, so replace the arms with the basho (really good weight/AP ratio). HMMR sucks in pve, just put another zimmie or another melee.

I just finished chapter 3 and only had most parts for the heavy AC. I really want to build that first one.

Edit: that heavy build cant even take on 9/B area AC!

Maybe try not putting the codes in black text on an already dim background that fades into darker colors at the screen edge; I had to go back over the video a few times before the motion of them being typed out finally caught my eye (especially vs the bright, attention-dominating ACs in the center).

Good builds, but there are a few odd decisions that I'd be interested to hear an elaboration on:

- the Light build uses the redline AORTA generator, which excels when you intentionally run yourself out of EN, but is using the BST-G2/P06SPD booster, which prefers you to not QB with it. Since the only way you'd normally run out of EN is by QBing a lot, this design choice is somewhat contradictory. I'd personally either look to replace the booster with the ALULA/21E, which better supports the redlining the AORTA generator's playstyle while only dropping a small amount of boost speed (Boost Speed 373->364 QB Speed 332->385).

- the Mid build uses the VP-20C generator. This is a solid midweight generator, but it suffers from an unfortunately high Energy Firearm Spec. on a unit that doesn't use any. While the EN Supply Efficiency of the total AC is fairly high because of its current-vs-max EN Load, using the AG-T-005 HOKUSHI or AG-E-013 YABA will generally have better results (the Hokushi, in particular, drops 4-5 points of speed in exchange for better EN stats across the board, but you do have to be cautious that if you redline it you're going to be waiting a while).

- the Heavy build uses the TOOL ARM arms, which have a particularly high Melee Specialization on a unit that has no melee weapons. The unit would likely be better served by the use of the MIND ALPHA arms (which cause a negligible drop in speed for a significant increase in defense, AP, and recoil control) or the IB-C03A: HAL 826 arms, which are better in every way save for weight and EN Load (but do not cause a negligible decrease when compared to the benefits). It also uses the VE-20C generator, the generator with the second-highest Energy Firearm Spec. in the game right now, despite not having any energy weapons; due to being a tetrapod, it would likely be more beneficial to change to either the lighter, higher-capacity IB-C03G: NGI 000 redline generator, or to reduce the EN Load of the AC's parts and use the ultra-heavy DF-GN-08 SAN-TAI generator. Finally, the choice of Booster (BST-G2/P04) and FCS (FCS-G2/P05) are unusual; the Booster is greatly out of its weight class and has a significant QB reload time as a result, which can be mitigated by using the IB-C03B: NGI 001 booster (which consumes more energy per QB and has a higher load, but would dramatically increase the speed and QB Reload Time of the unit). Meanwhile, the FCS focuses on medium range assist, which is not bad for the Stun Needle Launchers, but is well outside the active zone of the Zimmermans; using the FC-008 TALBOT or even the IB-C03F: WLT 001 would likely work better.

So I'm curious to know why those decisions were made and what I'm missing, if anything?

Also, sick paint jobs.

is this reliable despite of having nerfed of Zimmerman

Great video! I'm on my first run, i have been testing some ac's, this seems perfect to try the three types of AC. Can you make a PVP updated build guide?

Idk if any of this got nerfed again but in my game I tried to build the Light AC and I’m getting EN shortfall

Edit: Nevermind I was accidentally trying to use the 12 rocket version of the shoulder mounted missile launchers, whoopsie

Just stop yet again 2 of your ACs use virtually the same weapons we get it you like what you like that does not mean you know anything beyond your own personal bias and I highly doubt you've played with more than your favorite weapons for any kind of objectivity
