@codecaine You can have the form display in the center of the screen on Mac and Win by setting the form's property 'position' to poScreenCenter or one of the other choices that suits your app.

Well, this is great, but the Starter Edition does not have a 64-bit compiler, and I cannot afford the massive cost of the Professional Edition, so I shall be sticking with my old Delphi 2005! No reason not to now. Nice one Embarcadero!

Wonderful, still works in Delphi XE7. But "VCL Style Designer" has been renamed to "Bitmap Style Designer". Great.

Will these vcl styles port to th Mac when it's run there or will the Mac OS make it look like a native Mac interface?

Not including the 64-bit compiler in the Starter Edition was a BIG mistake!

Cross platform? Like XCode or IOS? 64 bit support like since RAD Studio 2010?, XE? You'd rather use Lazarus like using a Delphi version 6 or 7. Are you one of those people that like to go to the last century? If you're a serious developer, you would like to spend some money (very few dollars I might add) to get your tools to do the work.

Titlebar does NOT scale to large or extra large font.
And styles only work with XP dialogs, NOT the newer Vista dialogs.
VCL styles will unfortunately make your app look unprofessional, because of these bugs, that still are NOT fixed in Berlin upd2

Instead of working for cross-platform support (or 64bit support at least) they look for Skins! and FireDonkey! and what next?
Sorry, i prefer Lazarus...
